What we hold, and why.

To write your content we keep the details you give us at intake: your business name, contact details, the customers you serve, the offers you want promoted and any voice notes. We use them to produce your monthly content and to talk to you about it.

Your content lives in a private portal. Only you and the strategist working on your account can see it. We don't sell your data and we don't publish anything without your approval.

Our writing tools process your brief to draft content. They don't receive payment details, and drafts are only kept inside your account.

Ask us to delete your account and we'll remove your brief, your content and your login within thirty days. Email hello@signalfoundry.co.
